THE PUBLIC AND THIRD SECTOR LAW REPORTS

The Public and Third Sector Law Reports (PTSR) is a new series of monthly law reports providing coverage of essential cases for charity and public service lawyers.

PTSR provides an invaluable research tool for lawyers, teachers and students over a carefully selected range of subject areas, including adoption, charity, ecclesiastical law, education, environment, health, housing, human rights, local government, public health and social welfare.

THE BUSINESS LAW REPORTS

With broader coverage than most specialist series, THE BUSINESS LAW REPORTS has been designed to meet the needs of Chancery and Commercial lawyers and those working in the business community. The series aims to bring together in a single publication all the cases that really matter in Company, Commercial and Intellectual Property law. It will also include cases in other areas of law which are of particular relevance to business professionals and those advising them. We also aim to enhance the series by providing a new, fast and searchable coverage of its cases online.
